If you have an escrow or closing transaction with us and you receive an email containing Wire Transfer Instructions, DO NOT RESPOND TO THE EMAIL! Instead, call your broker or escrow officer/closer immediately, using previously known contact information and NOT information provided in the email, to verify the information prior to sending funds. Your Broker will NEVER ask for money directly from our clients!

Cyber criminals are hacking email accounts and sending emails with fake information and instructions. These emails are convincing and sophisticated. Due to increased fraud, buyers, sellers and lenders should confirm all wiring instructions, data and other information with someone you trust by phone directly with our office before transferring funds.
Fraud is on the rise. If you receive an email containing requests for personal information, money, surveys, codes, etc. Call us immediately to verify the information prior to interacting with these emails, text or calls.
